Auditorium at Ashram, Lucknow

The project for interior design of this auditorium was initiated by the managment of the Shri AsudaramAshram for the devotees who would come for the satsang. The main challenge for this project was somehow controlling the number of people which was next to impossible as one cn not stop people from entering a place of devotion. The design was hence guided by this challenge. The entry side door has sliding folding partition so that more people could view the lectures and santsangs given by the Gurus.Also the age group of people using this space was to be considered as people from all ages would attend these gatherings. The seating arrangements for general people would be on the floor and for the elderly people for whom sitting on the floorwas difficult, the side wall with permenent seatings were provided.
